Ocean Divers Education Enrichment Program
Mission
The mission of the Ocean Divers Education Enrichment Program (The Ocean Deep) is to encourage young students to expand their understanding of the underwater world and what it means to our global community. Our goal is to encourage and provide education in conservation and renewable resources through combined classroom and underwater SCUBA experience programs. By combining classroom education experiences with SCUBA education experiences we hope to raise the level of enthusiasm in young students and encourage them to explore higher education opportunities and careers in these areas.
Our goal is to reach out and encourage students in the areas of ecology, environmental resource management, and conservation. In this way we hope to experience our relationship to the environment and the world in a very tangible manner.
